Nancy Glenn, Managing Partner

​Nancy brings more than 25 years of litigation experience to SG&G clients. She has won cases for injured workers at the trial and all appellate levels through the Georgia Court of Appeals. Nancy is also an experienced mediator of workers’ compensation claims where her experience as a defense lawyer and a claimant’s lawyer proves invaluable to obtaining settlements in difficult claims.

After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Georgia and the top 10% of her class at Emory Law, she began her career at Alston & Bird of Atlanta. At A&B, Nancy worked in a variety of areas, including: zoning litigation, construction litigation, general business litigation and insurance defense.

​Since leaving Alston & Bird, Nancy has spent most of her career at Stow, Garvin & Glenn specializing in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability law.

Nancy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia and NOSSCR- the National Organization of Social Security Representatives.

Judge William A. (Tony) Murray, Partner

​​Before coming to SG&G, Tony Murray served as Administrative Law Judge for the State Board of Workers’ Compensation for 27 years. As a judge with State Board, Tony held a variety of positions, even serving as Acting Director for the State Board of Workers’ Compensation for a time during 1993. His experience on the bench makes him uniquely qualified to represent Georgia’s injured workers.

​After his retirement as a judge in 2011, Judge Murray joined Stow, Garvin & Glenn as a law partner. His practice areas include workers’ compensation, social security, and personal injury.

​Judge Murray graduated magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1974 and from UGA Law in 1977. He is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the federal district courts in the Northern and Middle districts of Georgia.

Judge Murray is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar of Georgia, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Oliver R. Ladd, Associate Attorney

Oliver Ladd joined Stow Garvin & Glenn in August 2018 as an associate attorney specializing in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law. Oliver was a Sic Vos Non Vobis scholar at University of Georgia where he graduated in 2018 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association.

​While attending the University of Georgia Law School, Oliver participated in multiple extra-curricular experiences, including a practicum with the Athens-Clarke County District Attorney’s Office, award-winning Mock Trial teams, and the Orr Inn of Court (Gainesville Chapter). He also gained practical legal experience outside of law school through clerkships at Hudson Parrott Walker in Atlanta, Roden & Love in Savannah, and Jefferson County (Alabama) Legal Aid.

Prior to law school Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia. While there he served as a senator in the student government and Chairman of Fraternity-Alumni Relations for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

​Oliver lives in Gainesville, Georgia where he enjoys hiking, local history, and playing the beautiful golf courses of North Georgia. He is also an active member of the Gainesville Jaycees.
